Exciting update!! As a UPS Access Point location, we can now help you with your Amazon returns! Here’s how it works:
1. Sign into your Amazon account and navigate to your orders. 🤏
2. Find the item you wish to return and follow the instructions for your scenario.
3. Select a refund method. 💵
4. IMPORTANT: Select “UPS Dropoff” for your return location. (We can only accept returns via “UPS Dropoff.”)
5. Bring your packaged item, with your return label already attached, and drop it off at our store. (Fees will apply if you need packaging, label printing, etc.) 📦
