Suisun Valley Business Solutions can solve these problems by receiving your letters and packages at our location. We are open six days per week for extended hours, so FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS can deliver to on your behalf—and never miss a delivery!

Our Package Receiving Services Include:

Charges for Parcel Delivery & Hold

To take advantage of this service, we require a valid credit card and a government issued photo id securely on file with us. Please call us at 716-773-6300 with your credit card information BEFORE having your first package (or pallet) shipped for delivery to our location.

Up to 30 pounds – US $7.50 per parcel per week [Dimensional weight formula will apply when calculating the weight (according to this formula: L x W x H / 136). If your package is larger than 30 lbs using dimensional weight the fee will be assigned based on the actual weight of the package.. Additional fees apply after first seven calendar days.
30 – 69 pounds – US $12.50 per parcel per week [Must be delivered by a small parcel truck, (i.e., FedEx or UPS). Any package delivered via LTL truck delivery is considered a pallet shipment and will incur charges outlined below.] Additional fees apply after first seven calendar days.
75 – 150 pounds – US $25.00 per parcel per week [Must be delivered by a small parcel truck, (i.e., FedEx or UPS). Any package delivered via LTL truck delivery is considered a pallet shipment and will incur charges outlined below.] Additional fees apply after first seven calendar days.
Palletized Shipments – MUST have a lift gate for delivery and service MUST be scheduled before arrival. $150 initial receiving fee for the first week, plus $100 for each additional week held.

Fees are charged per package/parcel, or you may rent a private mailbox and receive all of your mail and packages as part of the service.

How it Works

Once your parcel ships, email your tracking number to us at store[at]suisunvalleysolutions.com.
When your package arrives, we will notify you via email.
We will hold each of your parcels for up to one (1) week, safely and securely. After seven (7) calendar days, we will continue to charge $7.50 (or $12.50 depending on size & weight) PER WEEK for each package until it is picked up.
